"Actually Made Security Manageable"
We had requested special assistance for my mom and her wheelchair, and thankfully the staff was really patient with her. It made getting through airport security so much less stressful than it usually is, which says a lot about how these situations are often handled elsewhere...
"Meds check was easy"
The meds check was way easier than I expected. The agent went through my meds quickly, and there was really no hassle at all.

"Got Help Fast"
I had a question and just needed a quick answer. Sent it over, waited a bit... not long at all. They got back to me fast and kept it simple, which I really appreciated. No confusing back-and-forth. Just the help I needed. Good experience.

"Nice staff, though I was a little confused"
The staff were nice and professional, and everyone I talked to was courteous. I was a bit confused about where to go at first, but they were helpful once I asked
"I brought my cat through the airport..."
I brought my cat through the airport screening and it was straightforward. They were quick, gentle, and kind with her, which is really all you’d hope for in that situation...
"Really depends on the airport"
It kind of threw me off because the rules seemed to change at every checkpoint, which was frustrating at first. But then again, the staff were decent about it and didn’t make things worse, so I can’t be too mad. It was just a bit of an up-and-down experience

"Quick ID check, super easy"
I did the identity verification on tsa.gov it was way less annoying than I thought it’d be. It only took a few minutes, I uploaded the stuff they asked for, and there weren’t any random errors or glitches. Smooth overall.
"Helpful, but I Still Had to Dig Around"
I used TSA to figure out what I could pack in my carry-on, and for the most part it was useful. Most of the rules were easy enough to find and explained in a way that actually made sense. A few pages were still kind of wordy, though, so I found myself waiting and clicking around longer than I wanted just to get a straight answer. Still, it helped me avoid guessing when I got to the airport, which was a relief.

"Works pretty much every time"
I’ve used the scanners around a few times now, and they’ve worked fine each time. No weird delays or anything annoying

"Faster than expected, but the communication was annoying"
I got through the line way quicker than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. There wasn’t really any waiting today. The only annoying part was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first

"My carry-on got pulled aside, i was..."
My carry-on got pulled aside, i was a little nervous at first. But the TSA officer was really chill and, you know, explained what they needed to check. It only took a few minutes, and they put my stuff back neatly, which I really appreciated.

"Surprisingly smoother than I thought"
I’ll admit, I usually stick with the airport/security setup I’m used to, so I was kind of expecting to be annoyed by this. But the body scanner was quick and not as awkward as I thought it would be. I did have to do a pat-down once, which still isn’t exactly my favorite thing, but the agent explained what was happening and kept it straightforward. I’m still a little loyal to my usual routine, but this experience was better than expected and went smoothly overall

"TSA Screening Took Longer Than It Should Have"
I travel with a medical device, so I already expect screening to take a little extra time. This time, though, it felt more frustrating than it needed to be. The tsa agents didn’t seem fully sure how to handle it, and I ended up having to explain the device a few different times. No one was rude, which I appreciated, but the whole process felt unorganized and a bit stressful. From a traveler’s perspective, it would make a big difference if agents were more prepared for common medical devices so people don’t feel like they’re figuring it out on the spot.

"Helped me avoid any guesswork"
I was a little worried I’d get bad info or end up being fooled by some random disposal advice, especially since I had a flight to catch. But this made it really easy to figure out what I could toss and where. Found the disposal options fast, no hassle at all.

"I was kind of nervous about getting..."
I was kind of nervous about getting through the TSA line, but... the signs at the checkpoint were actually really clear. The lanes, ID check, liquids rules, all of it was easy to spot. It helped me keep moving without feeling like I had to ask someone what to do every two seconds.

"I used TSA and, i was a little..."
I used TSA and, i was a little confused at first about where everything was, but I eventually found the privacy details without too much trouble. From what I could tell, my info seemed to be handled okay, and I didn’t notice anything weird or sketchy

"Pretty easy to use, even with a little clicking around"
I used tsa.gov to figure out what I could pack in my carry-on, it was straightforward. The search worked fine, and the menu wasn’t, well, it wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t confusing either. A couple pages felt kind of crowded, and I had to click around a bit to find the TSA PreCheck info, but overall it got me what I needed without much hassle.

"I filled out the form online and…"
I filled out the form online and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. The appointment ended up being quick, and the agent was nice enough. I think I got my approval faster than I expected, too. No real issues on my end.

"Super easy to check my application"
So... I used tsa.gov to check the status of my application, and it was straightforward. I didn’t have to call anyone or wait around, just logged in and saw the update right there. Worked fine for me
